MOCKUPS: Mockups can only be done upon receipt of COMPLETED ORDERS. No Mockups before payment. Once we receive your completed order, we will submit to you a mockup (via ETSY Messages/Conversations) for review/approval. It is imperative that you check your Etsy messages. Please keep in mind that mockups are time consuming, therefore we must limit them. Excessive changes can result in additional charges ($10.00) per mockup and/or cancellation of your order.
PRODUCTION: Please allow up to 7 business days for production of your custom stole. Production is scheduled upon receipt of your completed order with payment.
SHIPPING: We ship from the Atlanta, GA area Monday thru Friday via USPS First Class Mail - please allow up to 6 days transit time. Priority (2 day transit) is an ADDITIONAL $10.00 Priority Express ( 1 day transit) is an additional $34.00. We do no control postal rates or USPS performance.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING VIA PRIORITY MAIL OR PRIORITY EXPRESS is available - additional costs will incur.

There is no doubt this cost more than most stoles but when your child receives a National Merit Scholar commendation? You do anything to reward her & let her show off her achievement AT graduation. I was late in ordering because my mother died. Then we had to move my father into hospice. I resigned myself to the fact that I was buying the stole for display purposes after graduation because it was impossible to get it in time. This SUPER seller pulled a miracle out of thin air & the most beautiful stole was delivered 20 minutes before we HAD to leave for the ceremony! My husband steamed it & I helped my daughter finish getting ready. As she walked across the stage EVERY dignitary including her principal & the superintendent all stopped her to find out where she found such a gorgeous piece of artwork! Thank you so much!!
