One Custom Embroidered Graduation Stole:
White poly satin stole with cotton/2 colors poly trim
Embroidered with text and graphic elements provided in customers layout
Mockup/stitch file will be provided within 2 business days of order payment completion.
No returns/exchanges on approved mockup/stitch file approval.

PRODUCTION: Please allow up to 10 business days for production during the Spring/Summer graduation season.
SHIPPING:
Please make sure your shipping information is current at time of checkout. Requests to change shipping information will void buyer shipping protection.
We ship Monday thru Friday via USPS First Class mail. Please allow at least 5 days for package transit from time of shipping.
Please ship to a secure location. We cannot be responsible for items removed from doorsteps or mailboxes after the post office has delivered them.
