MOCKUPS: Mockups can only be done upon receipt of COMPLETED ORDERS. No Mockups before payment. Once we receive your completed order, we will submit to you a mockup (via ETSY Messages/Conversations) for review/approval. It is imperative that you check your Etsy messages. Please keep in mind that mockups are time consuming, therefore we must limit them. Excessive changes can result in additional charges ($10.00) per mockup and/or cancellation of your order.

PRODUCTION: Please allow up to 6 business days for production of your custom stole. Production is scheduled upon receipt of your completed order with payment.

FREE SHIPPING: We ship from the Atlanta, GA area Monday thru Friday via USPS First Class Mail - please allow up to 6 days transit time. We do not control postal service performance. Tracking information is provided by the post office.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING VIA PRIORITY MAIL OR PRIORITY EXPRESS is available - additional costs will incur.
