MOCKUPS: Mockups can only been done upon receipt of COMPLETED ORDERS. No Mockups before payment. Once we receive your completed order, we will submit to you a mockup (via ETSY Messages/Conversations) for review/approval. It is imperative that you check your Etsy messages. Please keep in mind that mockups are time consuming, therefore we must limit them. Excessive changes can result in additional charges ($10.00) per mockup and/or cancellation of your order.
